  • Enter, calculate, and process all payroll checks and direct deposits
  • Deposit all federal and state tax liabilities
  • Prepare and file Forms 941 and 940
  • Prepare and file all state withholding and unemployment forms

Having a time and attendance solution is advisable to ensure employees are paid accurately. In addition, employers are mandated by law to track and maintain detailed records pertaining to the hours that each employee works. Fronteer Professional Services partners with a leading time and attendance software solution which allows for automatic time tracking for both on-site and remote employees.  In addition to time tracking, PTO can be managed.  Employees are allowed to submit time off in real time and have those requests reviewed and approved by a manager.  Employees can flexibly access this time clock by using an intelligent physical clock, computer, or any mobile device.
